Tactics 2 Toys: Real Gear, No Fluff, No Dropshipping

With some of the local shops closing lately, I’ve been getting questions about how Tactics 2 Toys operates. Let’s clear the air so we can all get back to collecting.

How I Run This Operation:

  • I Actually Have This Stuff: I don’t play the “dropshipping” game where I sell you a JPEG and hope someone else ships it. Whether it’s Action Figures, Comic Books, or tabletop accessories, if it’s on my site, it’s in my house. I’ve personally inspected it, and I’m the one putting it in the box.
    • The one exception: My selection of Replogle Globes. Because they take up a massive footprint, I have a formal agreement to ship those direct from the manufacturer. The specific shipping terms are listed under each globe. Everything else? It’s sitting right here.
  • Specialized Gear: We’re deep into the niche stuff—from Tabletop Games to high-end Sofubi and Prop Replicas. I know the difference between a collectible and a toy, and I treat the inventory accordingly.
  • Pre-Orders Aren’t a Gamble: When you pre-order here, I lock that quantity in with the manufacturer immediately. Unless the factory literally explodes or cancels the run, you’re getting your item. I don’t “oversell” and pray—that’s for amateurs. The only risk is the arrival date; global logistics can be a mess, but your spot in line is secure.
  • No Brick-and-Mortar, No Problem: I don’t have a storefront for you to hang out in. My overhead is lower because of it, which is why the prices on this site are cheaper than my eBay store—I’m not paying “middleman” fees to a multi-billion dollar website.
  • Talk to a Human: I just set up a dedicated business line at (609) 621-7471. If you have a question or a collection to move, call or text me. You’ll get the owner, not a bot or an overseas “customer service rep” who doesn’t know a cartridge from a coaster. If I can’t answer, leave a message… just don’t hang up. If I know why you’re calling, I have a reason to call you back.
